For any problems that may occur within the first year, send your hearing aid and your check for $22.99 to the above address. No payment is required within the first 45 days of ownership. Out-of-warranty replacements or repairs are $109.95.

The extended warranty purchase information is provided in the packet of information that comes with your hearing aid. The product is guaranteed for an initial one-year during which it will be replaced or repaired at no charge except for the service handling processing charge. The current charge for this service is $22.99. There is no processing charge if the problem occurs within the first 45 days of ownership. Free replacement is within the first 45 days.

The conditions are the same for the extended Platinum Lifetime Warranty which adds an additional year to the original warranty.

In addition, this warranty can be renewed for as long as you own the hearing aid. Almost all other hearing aids, including the most expensive brands, offer a warranty with the sale with no extensions available. Their service also will always cost from $100 to about $450. With other brands, you will return the aid to your local dealer who will ship it back to the manufacturer. When it is returned to the dealer for you to pick it up four to six weeks later, the dealer will add his repair markup to what he was charged for the repair by the manufacturer. It just easy to see that NaturEar has a superior warranty and repair system.
